It is small and coast to see, but today, in *Fosquet, the most famous sty of *Menorca, presents us his tale In *Fosquet, a sty. With him will enjoy his adventures and will discover his frocks and current threats. We will learn to know it better and to respect it.
The tale describes us of didactic shape and amused the aspects more *rellevants of his life, and the *importantíssima ecological function that this species realizes to *Menorca.
In *Fosquet, a sty is the third delivery of the collection *Animalons of *Menorca, produced by the *GOB. The two previous titles *Na *Tris *Tras, a *tortugueta and Puncture , a hedgehog, had a big success, until arriving, in the first case, to his sellout.
The same that in the two previous editions, the tale of in *Fosquet counts with a simple text and *entenedor and with some drawings of that more expressive addressed to the childish public. Apart, have incorporated some small explanations referents to the life of the sty, directed on purpose to those who explain the tale, in order to offer elements and resources of expensive to possible questions of those who listen.
The authors of this new adventure are Marta *Carreras and *Santi *Catchot and the illustrations are of Alba *Bosch.
The publication has been possible thanks to the support of HEALTHY OURS, in the frame of the Announcement of Aids for the Conservation of the *Biodiversitat, and of the sponsorships of the city councils of Mahon, Saint Lluís, *Mercadal and *Ferreries. The tale has edited in Catalan, Spaniard and English, with some thrown of 2.000, 500 and 500 copies respectively, and since today can find to the bookshops, to the Centre of the Nature of *Menorca to *Ferreries and to the *Molí of the *GOB.
Expect that in *Fosquet was everything a success and how continue with the *labor didactic and of sensitization *envers our fauna that his previous predecessors initiated.
