Joan Flowery is the nine general Coordinator of the *GOB to *Menorca. Person very tied to the association since does years, Joan Flowery was insular President of the *GOB of *Menorca between the years 1996 and 1999, and President *interinsular between the years 1999 to 2002.

Flowery assumes the general Coordination after the proposal of relief done in December for Miquel Countrysides, person that has come developing this responsibility during the last 15 years.

Miquel Countrysides will keep his *vinculació professional with the *GOB and will devote more specifically to the subjects of *ordenació of the territory, area that also has attended these past years.

The growth that the *GOB has experienced in installations, budget and, especially, in activities of conservation of the natural medium and of sensitization of the public opinion, justify the *dedicació in exclusive of a nine general coordinator. For other band, the subjects related with the territorial politician constitute a very strategic space for the medium *ambient of our island, like this the source of the environmental threats more important, and the *GOB wants devote the maximum attention.

Joan Flowery is incorporated in his new responsibility since principles of this month.
